| Frances Kane didn't want an abnormal life. Her destiny, however, lay
elsewhere. Being the girlfriend of Wally West, known as the Kid
Flash, brought her into odd situations which, eventually, caused her telekinetic
powers to activate. Since then, she has felt as if her life were less and less hers. She
blamed this on Wally for years before Linda Park showed her that
she had to take responsibility for her own life before it could ever change.
