I was born in Troy NY and have live most of my life in the general area. I graduated from Waterford-Half Moon High School. While in high school I played the clarinet in the band. Also played Soccer all four years. We won the NY State Section 2 Class D Championship three years in a row but in my senior year we were in the finals but lost out. 

After graduation I went into basic training at the U S Navy base in Great Lake. Upon graduating from basic training I was assigned to a couple schools and then was assigned to  the carrier George Washington, We were deployed for six months to the Mediterranean but while we were on station we were sent to the Persian Gulf for several months. After our six months were up we returned to our home base in Norfolk VA.

On August 1, 1998 in Portsmouth, Virginia I married Serina Adams

Here is a picture of myself and my bride just after our taking our vows at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard Base Chapel where my ship is in dry-dock. We will be living in Portsmouth for a while. We want to thank all our relatives and friends who came from far and near to make our special day a joyous day.

My wife Serina is expecting a son Charles 3rd in the near future and we are busy getting things ready for the big day. I don't know who is more excited us or my mom Holly Ann who will become a grandmother.

Serina and I are parents of a boy named Charles 3rd born January 25, 1999 at 5:42 PM.

In November of 2000 I left  the Navy to follows another career path as a plumbing apprentice. This will entail working as a plumbing apprentice and attending school to learn all aspects of plumbing and codes that must be followed.

September 6, 2001 we were blessed with another son Seth Purcell and this is our family.
