Hi I'm Josephine

I was born in Edwardsville PA and spent most of my youth in Kingston PA except for some time when I worked for the Social Security in Baltimore MD. This is where I met my husband on a blind date. We were married in Kingston PA. We lived in Yonkers NY for a few years till we bought a house in Hyde Park NY. We raised our three children in that house and married them off from there.

After the children were grown and self sufficient I went to BOCES in Poughkeepsie NY and studied Practical Nursing for several years. After graduating from BOCES, Dutchess County Board of Cooperative Education Services, in June of 1981 I had several private duty cases related to geriatrics. I like working with older people who need help.

I enjoy sewing, reading, putting puzzles together, painting pictures, watching the soaps and Bingo.

Here are some of my paintings.

January of 1999 our grandson Chach wife Serina had a boy named Charles 3rd (Tre) which made me a great grandmother. Here is a picture of four generations of our family a few days before Christmas 1999.

Our son Billy wife Grace had a girl named Kali Ann in July 2000. This is our first granddaughter in the family, we have three grandsons and one great grandson. This in me holding Kali Ann.

On September 6, 2001 our grandson's wife Serina had a boy named Seth who made me a great grandmother  for the second time. Here I am with my two great grandsons.
