Meditation is an advanced program of Maharishi
Vedic Science and Technology, the complete science and technology of Natural
Law. This is a natural extension of the Transcendental Meditation and may be
learned after two months of regular practice of the Transcendental Meditation
technique. Practice of the meditation accelerates the progress of the
individual towards realizing his full potential -- the state of enlightenment.
The
Transcendental Meditation technique opens the awareness to Transcendental
Consciousness, the Unified Field of Natural Law, which is the basis of
