Hendrick Traphagen |
ca.
1668 - 1723 |
endrick\Henry Traphagen was born
about 1668 in Bushwick, Kings County, New York. He is the ancestor of all of Willem Jansen
Traphagen's descendants who bear the name Traphagen, Traphagan and Triphagen in America.

school founder and the Pulitzer Prize winning author of The Yearling.

great-granddaughter of the noted Anneke Jans. She died sometime after April 15, 1730 when
she witnessed with her son Johannes, the baptism of her grandson, Henry Middaugh, in the
Harlingen DC.
Henry lived in Kingston until about

named all of his children except the youngest, Blandina.
