In Obedience
to an Order of Goochland Court bearing Date October 1777. We the Subscribers have
Allotted Sarah Bradshaw Relict of John
Bradshaw Deceafd. her Dower of the said deceasd. Eftate as followeth Viz the Land
bounded as followeth Viz Beginning at a White Oak corner to John Cox runing there South
thirty & a half East one hundred and four poles to a Stump & now markt Pointers on
the Eaft Side of the Coxs Spring Branch thence down the Same as it Meanders ninty four
poles to the Little Lickinghold Creek thence up the same as it Meanders to Robert
Pleafants Line thence on said Line to the first Station, and one Third Part of the
Personal Eftate to Wit. |
