I, Henry Guthry of Bedford County, being in sound health of Body and Soundnefs of  Judgement do make Constitute this my last Will and Testament after Paying all my Just and Lawfull Debts, I give and Bequeath to my affectionate wife Penelope all my Estate both Real and Personal during her widowhood at her marriage or Death to be Sold and Equally Divided amongst my Children To Wit Mary Agge James John David salley Anne Penelope Miller Henry Benjamin & Ruth after Deducting what I have given those that are married Viz Mary one hundred Pounds Agge  Twenty Pounds, James  Twenty Pounds, Sally Twenty Pounds Anna Twenty Pounds and I do ......
