In the name of God Amen  the 6th day of July 1711 I Ann Perrin of the County of the Parrish of Henrico being sick in body but in good and perfect sense and memory thanks be given to Almighty God for the Same   Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in maner and form following   first and primerally I Resign my Soul into the hands of God and for my body I Commend it to the Earth to be Buried in Christian maner as my Exrs hereafter named Shall think fitting and as Touching Sukch worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this Life I give Bequeathed the fame as followeth
first I give and Bequeath to my Eldest Daughter An East one hundred acres of Land Lying and being in Heno County on the North to James River on the uper fide of Lamfons Flats Joyning on Capt Webbs Line to her the sd An East and her heirs for Ever and I also give to the sd An East one feather bed and furniture
Item I give and bequeath the Remaing part of my Land at Lamfons Flats to my Daughtr Elizabeth A Alday and her heirs for Ever I also give to the faid Eliz A Allday my horfe and five fheep and a yong bull
Item I Give and Bequeath the Half of my Land on the South Side of James River at Longw Swamp to my Daughter Jean Bagby and her heirs for Ever  I also give the sd Jean Bagby my Negro man Jupeter and a gun
Item I Give and Bequeath the other half of my Lands at Long Swamp to my Daughter Martha Cardwell and her heirs for Ever  I also give to the sd. Martha Cardwell one feather bed and furniture and one Cow with Calf and one Steer age 3 years old one hogg that now is in the pen and a small ..... and 3 bushells of wheat
Item my will is that my Two mares Be Equally Divided Between An East  Jane Bagby  & Martha Cardwell
Item I give to my Boy Roger Roberts one Cow Calf
Item I give to Willm Bradshaw one pewter Dish and plate and one Spoon
Item My will is that Elizabeth Crostick may Remain on the plantation where She now lives Six years yealding and paying the usial Rent to Thomas Cardwell juner after this year
Item I give to Charles Ballow Ten Shillings
And all my perfonall Estate that Shall Remain after all Legacies and Debts are paid to be Equally Divided Between my four Daughters as Goods Debts and Chattels and of this my Last will and Testamt I make and ordain my Daughter Elizabeth Allday my Sole Executrix in wittnefs whereof I have here unto fett my hand and feal this 6th day of July 1711

Certificate of Probate

At a Court held at Varina for the County of Henrico the first Monday in March being the third day of the Month  Anno Domini 1711
This Will was made Oath to by Elizabeth Alldy the Ex. therein named and the Same being proved by the Oaths of Charles Ballowe, Thomas Bagby and Mary Hardin the Witnefses thereto, it was ordered to be Recorded, and it is accordingly Recorded, and on the motion of the said Exx. and her performing what is ufual in such Cafes a Certificate for a Probate is granted her.
