In the Name of God Amen.  I Ann Bradshaw of the County of Goochland being very weak and Sick of body But of Sound and Perfect memory do make and Ordain This my Last Will and Testament in Manner follows.
First I Give & bequeath unto my Son Benjamin one Negro wench Named Jude and one negro Girl named Lidda one Desk and Corner Cupboard half a Doz. Cups the Saucsers one Sorrel Stallion Colt one Bay Mare four head of Cattle and four head of Sheep unto him my said Son Benjamin and to his heirs forever.
Item I give and Devise unto my Son William Two hundred acres Land lying on the Byrd Creek one negro man named Tom, one negro Girl named Milley, one negro man James one Negro Child named Sall on Confideration of his paying my Daughter Mary Curd Bradshaw and my Son Edward Each fifteen Pounds Cash provided the said negro Child Sall should live over two Years, one mare Coalt, four head of Cattle and four head of Sheep unto him my said Son William and to his heirs forever.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Son Edward one negro man named one negro Girl named Phillis one negro boy named Dick, two feather Beds and furniture two pewter Difhes half Doz plates & one Bason and Iron pott & pott hooks one horfe Colt one Gun and one Square Black Walnut Table unto him my said Son Edward and his heirs forever.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Molly one negro boy named Val one negro Girl named Hannah one negro Girl named Suke, one Young grey mare one bridle and Saddle one flax Harkel, half Doz. Earthen plates half Doz. Cups & Saussers one Oval walnut Table, two pewter Difhes & one Bason one Large Iron pott one Chest one Tea Pott Skill half Dozen Tea Spoons, one Woolin Wheel & 1 pair of Cards, Two feather beds and furniture unto her my said Daughter Molly and to her heirs for ever
Item I give and unto Eliza. Rogers five Pounds to be put to Intereft till She comes to be Twenty one Years of Age unto her the said Eliza. and to her heirs forever.
Item My will and Divise that after all my Just Debts out of Resedurary part of my Eftate not before mentioned that then all my said Reseduary Eftate be Equally Divided Between my son Edward and Daughter Molly to Each of them & their heirs forever
Lastly I constitute and Appoint my Sons Benjamin and William Bradshaw Executors of this my Last Will and Testament  In Witnefs whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this nineteenth Day of Octor.1776.

This writing was proved by the Oaths Jofeph Pleasants and John Curd Junr.  Witnefses hereunto to sd. to be the last Will and Testament of Anne Bradshaw dec.d and thereupon admitted to Record.
