I Beniamin Bradshaw In the name of god Amen Calling to mind that all flesh must die I do ordain this to be my Last will in Difposing of my worldly Goods as followeth (Viz.).
Item I give and Bequeath to my son John Bradshaw on negrow Boy named Sam and Negroe Dick five year after my death and two feather beds and firniture four Difhes two Bafons Six plates Six Spoons two Cows and fore young Cattle and the Chist that is Caled mine two Sows and pigs two Iron pots four Chairs one table to Ewes and a weather & my Great Coat to my son John Bradshaw and his heirs forever.
Item I give to my Son Beniamin one negroe named Isham one feather bed and furniture four Difshes two basons and Six plates and Six Spoons and two Iron pots and two Cows and Calves and two Hundred Acres of Land Including the plantation whereon I now live to him and his heirs for Ever if beniamin Dies without heir to goe to William.
Item I Give to my Son William one Negroe boy named Jemmy and foure Difhes two basons Six plates and Six Spoons and one feather bed and firniture two Cows and Calves and one Large trunk and two Iron pots to him & his heirs for Ever and if William should Die without heir goe to beniamin.
Item I give unto Henry Lain one Cow kind and one Side Saddle to his Daughter Judah Lain and if She Should die without Ifsue the Saddle to fall to Judah Roggers and her daughter.
Item I Give unto the Sons of William Rodgers Beniamin and Robert all of my Estate william Rogers has in his perfefion ater the Deceas of my Daughter Judah to them and their hars for Ever.
Item I Lend unto my Loving wife anne, one negroe wench named Jude and one Negroe wench named Hannah.  Like wife I Lend Hur a negroe named Dick for five yeare and one feather bed and furniture one Large Chist one Large trunk foure Difhes and fore basons and Eight plates twelve Spoons one Leger one brass little and I Lend all my Estate not heare to fore mentioned in Legises to my Loving wife as Long as She Remins my widdwe and after hur widow hood to be Devided between my two Sons Beniamin and william Bradshaw and my will is that it Shall not be Apraised Beit Little or much for I Have given it as I See fitt my Self and Leave my wife and my Son John Bradshaw Excutors and I acknowledge this my Last will & testament in witnefsing my hand and Seal this Second Day of March one thousand Seven Hundred and fifty Eight.  Sealed in the prefents us.
