Acres
Situate in
the district of Ninety six on both sides of Dutchmans Creek
having fuch
Shape, Form and Marks, as are
reprefented by a Plat
hereunto
annexed, together with all
Woods, Trees, Waters, Water-
courfes,
Profits, Commodities, Appurtenances,
and Heriditaments
whatfoever
thereunto belonging, To have and to
hold the faid Tract of
