       STATE  OF  SOUTH - CAROLINA.
                    To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting:

            KNOW  YE,   That   in   pursuance  of   an   Act   of 
the   Legislature ,   entitled    "An   Act   for   establishing   the   mode   of  
"granting   the   lands   now   vacant   in   this   State ,   and for allowing a
" commutation   to   be   received   for   some  lands  that  have been granted, " 
 passed  the  19th   day   of   February ,  1791 ,  
We  have  granted,
and by these presents do grant unto    William Bratcher
  
his                                                 heirs and assigns ,a plantation or tract  of
land containing  
Three Hundred & forty acres surveyed for him the 17th December 1791 / Situate in the District of Ninety Six in Laurens County on a branch of the S fork of Rayburns Creek called Bullets branch Bound N&W by James Downins Land W on Isaac Sharks Land SW Drury Boyces Land S on Zachariah Greens Land E on Isaac Hugers & vacant Land

having   such   shape,   form  and  marks,  as   are   represented   by   a  plat
hereunto  annexed,   together  with  all  woods,   trees,  waters,   water=courses
profits , commodities ,  appurtenances , and  heriditaments
whatsoever  there=
unto     belonging,    
To Have and to Hold     the  said  tract   of
 
Three Hundred & Forty
acres   of   land,  and  all  singular  other  the   Premises    hereby    granted
unto  the  said    
William Bratcher  his
                      heirs  and  assigns,  for ever,  in  free  and  common  soccage.

            Given under the Great Seal of the State.
                            Witness,  his Excellency   Charles Pinckney                          Esquire,
                                Governor  and  Commander  in  Chief  in  and  over  the said  State,  at
                                Columbia, this
