The Petition of Henry Bradshaw humbly setting forth That he has been for
some time in this Province and Intends to Cultivate some of his majestys
vacant Land and having a wife and five children for whom nor yet for
himself has any land been granted in this province, prays to layout 350
acres of Land on the north side of Saludee River that so may obtain a
Grant for the same. Henry Bradshaw. The prayer thereof was granted.
Ordered that the Warrants and Precepts for the above Lands from the Deputy
Secretary and Surveyor General be sent up to Lieu't Mercier, Commander of
the Fort of Congrees or to be Stephen Creel Esq'r or Mr. James to be
delivered to the several Petitioners before mentioned, on their paying the
