Claire Forlani - The Rock
Plot Summary
Pure Action. This exciting film begins with a flashback from General
Francis X. Hummel's (Ed Harris) military past,
then fastfowards to a sarin gas explosion in FBI headquarters. General
Hummel and his crew steal missiles loaded with the deadly VX gas and take
over Alcatraz. Enter FBI chemical weapons specialist Stanley Goodspeed
(Nicholas Cage) and British spy John Patrick Mason
(Sean Connery). Along with Navy SEALs, Goodspeed
and Mason infiltrate Alcatraz to prevent the launch of the missiles into
the San Francisco Bay area.
Claire's Role
While on the run from the FBI, Mason uses a cell phone, calls
"Information", and locates his only daughter, Jade Angelou (Claire
Forlani). They meet at the Palace Of Fine Arts, tension clearly
between them. Their visit together is brief, however, as Agent Goodspeed
has been following Mason, and radios in the Calvary.
