These are the current strays who need loving homes.  Myself and others have spent many hours healing their wounds, giving them much needed affection, and patching up their self esteem so they may be adopted into good, loving homes.  If you would like to give one of these special dogs a home, please stop by the shop, call (phone number is below), email me, or fill out the online adoption form (link follows)  These pages will be updated often, so bookmark our site and check back soon!

Charlie was rescued off the streets, he had heartworms and was malnourished and scared. He has turned out to be a loving happy dog who gets along well with others. His bad days are behind him.

Here is Hannah!!! She is a extremely sweet hound? terrier? mix. She was rescued from the east side, broken bones, pregnant and deathly skinny. Despite this horrible abuse she survived and is extremely loving! She is crate trained and will make a wonderful friend. No cats though but a canine buddy will work!
Update!
Hannah is an obedience school graduate!

This cute, smiling girl is Bacall.  She was rescued along with a black Lab mix we named Humphrey Bogey (photo below).  We'd been trying to rescue them from the bitter cold temperatures for over a month.  They're safe and sound now!

Rescued from 40 and Boyle, here is Justin.
He is shy and we are working with him to help him come out of his shell.  This poor guy was certainly headed for a horrible death. He is so very handsome!!

This pretty lady is Dreamer.  She was rescued near a vacant tower in an urban field in the freezing cold. She was being beat up on by packs of other dogs.  Injured, scared and alone, she welcomed her rescue.  UPDATE:  Dreamer's foster dad says she has recovered from her injuries and is housebroken now.  She has warmed up to other people and dogs.  She loves going for walks, and is very affectionate, sweet and protective.  She would make a great watchdog.

Noel was rescued off death row at the city pound.  One of the workers there did everything she could to get her life spared,  and that is why she is with us now. She is a smaller medium sheltie mix who gets along with other dogs and is all so sweet. She loves belly rubs and will make a great addition to the family.
