We've been very fortunate to receive a great deal of good publicity
from local newspapers, television and radio stations, and even a
local magazine. Randy has also received awards for his tireless efforts
in saving strays in the St. Louis Area. On this page you'll see many
of those awards and articles.

This photo was from an article about Randy in the Riverfront Times.
The article, written by Kimberly Leydig, explained his efforts to help
save homeless dogs in the St. Louis area, and also highlighted the pet
overpopulation problem in the region.
Kapish, the boxer on the left of Randy, now has a great home with a
young couple, and we're happy to say, is on our success
page.
Binks was adopted by me (your webmistress), and is now a spoiled rotten
princess. She's also on the success page.

This photo appeared with an article about Randy and Stray Rescue
of St. Louis in the St. Louis Post Dispatch. The dog giving out the
kisses is Matt, who we are happy to say, has been adopted by a very nice
lady.

This photo was taken this past summer at this year's Homeless Animals
Day in Tower Grove Park in St. Louis. The event is sponsored by SPOT
(Stop Pet Overpopulation Today). The purpose of this event is to
remember the animals who were euthanized due to pet-overpopulation, and
to promote spaying and neutering. Over 200 animal-lovers and their
companion animals came for the event. Awards were presented to St.
Louis area animal lovers, including Randy, for all of his hard work rescuing
stray dogs and cats and promoting spay/neuter. The event concluded
with a blessing of the animals by a local Reverend.
Here's Matt again!
