This is our favorite page.  Here we get to show off many of our dogs who've found homes.  This is only a tiny portion of the over 500 dogs we've found homes for in the St. Louis area.

Kapish is a boxer pup.  She lived most of her short life chained and outside.  Although she's a very sweet and social dog, she was  neglected and left alone most of the time.  She needed very special parents who would give her the extra attention she'd never gotten.  On the June 7th adoption day, she found a home with a great couple who live nearby.   She'll never be chained again!
Cirrus is a six month old husky puppy.   Her scummy owners thought they could make easy money by breeding and selling huskies, but found out, like many others, that breeding dogs is not a money making proposition.   They tied her to a tree and left her to die in the St. Louis heat.  She was very timid at first, but with lots of petting and love, we brought her out of her shell.  She's a real beauty, with very striking deep blue eyes.
Here she is with her new family.  You can tell by her big smile that her bad days are behind her now.

This is Melanie and Steve.  Two years ago Steve was found as a puppy in the middle of a busy street with a group of kids kicking him.  They wanted to watch him get hit by a car!  Melanie adopted him, and he's been with her ever since.
We were so happy when Charlie (aka Bob, aka Bagabones) was adopted.  He had been with us for a long time, and he became very special.  Here he is with his new dad.
