Hello my name is Sarah J. Adams and I am from North Dakota. I am better known as Ceolta or Ceo to my friends or Lady Aedín Ni Mhaillie of Ballyfarna in SCA circles and welcome to my wee spot on the internet. So sit a spell and explore my realm and discover what my interests are and where I live. My first and true love is for Celtic cultures, particularly Ireland. Here you can learn some of many and varied interests and about my friends. Discover what sites I find fun to explore and ones that provide me an opportunity to explore the world. My interests include doing genealogy and listening to the radio on the shortwave, fm and am bands. I am also an avid reader and read a wide variety of books and publications especially in the fields of poetry, science fiction, nature, and history. I have recently started to explore different world philosophies and concepts of different cultures and people. Some of the poems listed here are a few of my favorites. I enjoy writing about Ireland, historic events and things I see around me. pencil

shamrocksBesides writing, reading and drawing, I enjoy listening to music in a variety of different genres especially Celtic and jazz. I have also been known to listen to country, pop, bluegrass and classical. My love for Celtic music has inspired me to play the tin whistle and bodhrán. My favorite tunes to play are American, French-Canadian, Irish and the odd pop tune. I also enjoy reading a wide and diverse variety of books ranging from sci fi to history, listening to people and learning about faraway places. I am also an avid lover of animals, especially horses and dogs. As you can tell some of friends are also on the web and would love for you to stop by and see what they have.

My friends are from many lands and places with varied interests. Take some time and check out their sites:

A friend is one to whom one may pour out all the contents one's heart,
chaff and grain together knowing that the gentlest of hands
will take and sift it and keep what is worth keeping and with a breath of kindness
blow the rest away.
