Was held Meeting presidium of Russian federation after Championships of Russia - 2004 in finswimming.
Sportsman from Saint-Petersbourg Yana Kasimova was disqualified for doping for 2 years.
Yana Kasimova on the last Championships of Russia - 2004 has shown the following results: 100 SF - 0.40.36 (WR), 50 Apn - 0.16.45 (ER), 50 SF - 0.17.93 (WR).
During undertaking the competitions were take analysis. The Results has shown that in sample of the command sportswoman Saint-Petersbourg Yana Kasimova (the trainer M. P. Stepanova) is found preparation of anabolic steroid, which is forbidden in the Code accepted in Copenhagen 05.03.03 on worldwide conference on questions of the fight with doping in sport, which resolution is signed international federation, including CMAS, and government of 80 countries.
When undertaking the checking analysis result also turned out to be positive.

The 10th European Junior Finswimming Championships was held in Eger, Hungary from 18 till 25 of July. Many good results and world records were shown there. Some of them:
Ocsai Dorottya from Hungary 1500 FS - 13:49,68 WR
Stut Caroline from Germany 800 IS - 6:49,17 ER
One of the best between boys was Figini Stefano from Italy, who won 400 FS - 3:03,40, 800 FS - 6:35,43, and was the best on 1500 FS with sensation time 12:29,2 but was disqualified on this distance for not understandable decision of judges "wrong style".
There were 4 sportsmen from Ukraine, 3 of them from team Darnitsa showed good time too.
Maksym Cherny was 2 on 1500 FS with time 13.07.39 and 3 on 800 FS - 6.49.62.
Irina Poloshentseva was only 4 on 1500 FS, but her time 14.12.75 is a new youth record of Ukraine.
Congratulations to Maksym and Irina and to their coaches Marina Godovana, Georgi Uspenski and Natalia Chekodanova!

The 6th Long distance European Championships in Kiev has been finished. Sportsmen of team Darnitsa Maksym Chernyy won 2 gold medals on the last championships. He was the best on 6 km and also won gold medal on relay. Congratulation Maksym and his coach Marina Godovanaya!

World Records in finswimming!!!. Successful the past 2000 for sportsmen of sports club "Darnitsa" was gave out. Our sportsmen have won 2 gold medals on a European Championship in Tula (Maxim Moroz), 1 silver on a European Championship in St.-Petersburg (Maxim Moroz), 1 bronze on a World Championship in Palma de Majorca (Yulia Uspenska). From Cup of Europe, which passed in the Hungarian city Kaposhvar, our sportsmen have brought 1 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals (Alexey Antonyuk), 1 bronze (Irina Polozhentseva), 1 silver and 2 bronze (Maxim Moroz) and 1 bronze (Yuri Djachek).
We congratulate the coaches Marina Godovana and Georgiy Uspenski on successful preparation of the sportsmen!!!

14 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals the Ukrainian sportsmen on a Long Distance European Championship in 2000 have won which passed in Tula (Russia).
