A first class restaurant with an elegant setting, specializing in chateau-briand and other cuts of beef. The atmosphere is romantic and the entrees delectable. There is almost always some form of live music, be it hushed piano or the gentle tones of a harp. With all this atmosphere, needless to say, the meals are equally fabulous. The only draw back is that due to the popularity of this establishment, and thus the continuous arrival of patrons, you may feel the meal is somewhat rushed. But the service and the attention to detail are first rate. We were pleased to find on our last visit, that they still practiced the some what lost art of serving a fresh made Caesar salad table-side. Try the chateaubriand for two, served flambe` and seasoned perfectly. The entrees are priced from about $20 to $28, ranging from delightful seafoods to hearty roasted cuts of beef. Several years ago I discovered many hits to my site were looking for a recipe for chateaubriand. Just let me know when dinner is to be served.
