A very unique atmosphere, one might say almost holy. The Freemason Abbey is a former church converted into a fine restaurant serving seafood and other local dishes.  Their specialty is lobster which is priced by far the most competitive in the area and is superior to many others.  We especially enjoyed their she-crab soup, so much so that we carried a bowl home to the baby sitter.  A couple of years later, when my youngest daughter was in CHKD Hospital around the corner, I brought my wife a bowl of the bisque. It made a very difficult week a little bit bearable.

Another visit to the Children's hospital several years later and another visit to the Abbey for a birthday dinner of lobsters - at a price we could not pass up ($15 for a whole lobster dinner). Year after year they maintain outstanding quality and service.

The entrees are priced from about $13 to $25, ranging from marvelous seafood dishes to steaks.
