It’s been 7 months now and I’m still convinced that exercising is the best thing I could have ever done. I went from being a couch potato to an active person who actually looks forward to the 2 hrs. I spend working out. The exercises I do come from Workout.com. It’s all about making it a habit then you will come to a point where your body WANTS to move.
