THE MANCHESTER LAMB CLUB
1. A $2.00 per pen fee is payable to the Manchester Community Fair on the Monday before the Fair.
Lambs will not be allowed on the fairgrounds until the entry fee is paid.
NO GATE PASSES WILL BE GIVEN WITH THE ENTRY FEES.
2. The Fair Board will order ribbons, banners, and the buyer plaques, to be paid for by the Manchester Lamb CLub or
their sponsor
3. The Manchester Lamb Club will buy the trophies.
4.The Manchester Lamb Club will furnish the judge.
5. The Manchester Lamb Club will provide manure removal during the Fair. After the Fair the Manchester Lamb Club
is responsible for removal of all manure and clean up of their area.
7. Lambs should be fed and the area CLEANED DAILY BY 10:00 A.M. AND 7:00 P.M. by the exhibitor .
will be removed from the Fairgrounds.
11. The Lamb Club must supply the Fair Board with names of persons in charge of the tent.
12. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE FAIR GROUNDS AFTER 1:00 PM (IN THE AFTERNOON) OR BEFORE 11:00 PM AT NIGHT Tuesday through Friday or AFTER 9:30 PM OR BEFORE 12:000 MIDNIGHT ON SATURDAY. Feed, hay straw, etc. needed between these times must be brought in by hand.
13. Within 30 days after the Fair, a list of buyers and amounts paid per animal must be turned in to the
Manchester Community Fair.
