| Montreal. Canada's most beautiful, cosmopolitan and sophisticated city. All that and there are the most beautiful women in the world walking down St. Catherines. My first son, Grayson, lived in Montreal for several years before moving to the west coast. I visited annually. These are friends doing their street musician thing. | In the spring of '99 I visited my daughter, Kathleen who was nursing in Merced, California. I'd heard great stories about how beautiful the coast along Washington, Oregon and California was. So, I decided to take the slowest possible route on the smallest possible roads I could find. It was great. To get to the west coast, I had to cross the Rockies, of course. I have done that several times on trips to Vancouver or Vancouver Island. I took a few shots of the Roger's Pass on the way. This is one of them. So, this was a West Coast trip - slow variety. |
