Computer Skills
Keyboarding Skills

The only way to become good at anything is to practice doing it correctly.  You have been shown how to type correctly.  You must:

          Sit correctly

          Position your copy correctly

          Position your fingers correctly

Use the correct finger to type each key correctly

Once you become familiar with the keyboard you will become good at typing if you practice typing correctly.  It only stands to reason that you cannot type as fast with 2 fingers as you can with 10.  Once you learn the key positions and the more you type; the faster you will become at typing.  Practice typing correctly every chance you get.  A compouter typing program is installed on your computer.  Please sign-in and follow the screen prompts to learn how to touch type.
