Summer storms in Texas
Wanting to find him
Tell him I love him
Forgiveness in my heart
Chasing the stars in Texas
Can you see the sunlight upone the water
As it flows gently on it's way?
I walk here alone in shadowed peace
While this confusion dwells within my mind
Seeing and not seeing
While I think dark thoughts
Wondering will anything every change
Let me walk in wonder and forget
This confusion for just a while
Letting sunlight play among the stark trees of winter
Letting their beautie speak to me
For a while I hoped the cold winds of dispare
Would pass me by
Letting my mind be at peace for just a while
Then as my silent walk comes to an end
I feel it once again,
that empty sadness as it starts
The endless confusion within my mind
