Editor's Note
Dear Class
According to Chinese cultural beliefs, the year of the dog is supposed to be a challenging year for people under the dragon sign. I am very glad that it's almost over. Chinese New Year's Eve will be on 17 February 2007.
It was a thrill for me to see pictures of your beautiful children. For a while, the pictures really made my maternal hormones waltz a little bit ! But then, I only find little people charming when they are under 3 years 8 months old - like little Abigail Wolf ! She looks so deliciously edible! Little Mimi whom Alisa Zimmerman has adopted is an exceptionally sweet looking angel for her age.
Rumour has it that Debbie and Betsy are working on a possible reunion in Nashville to celebrate our 25th anniversary of high school graduation. I must say that 25 years seem to have gone by like 25 months somehow although I have neither kids or marriage to distort my sense of time.
A special memorial webpage has been published to remember Rosella. This year I have taken the liberty to invite ex-faculty members and alumni from other classes to share with us their latest news in life. I am very happy that Mrs Ruth Jobes and Cynthia Zimmerman have both written in, and I hope we will have the privilege of having them as our annual guests from now on.
I would like to thank Angela Powers and Susan Pacitti for helping me on the memorial webpage for Rosella. Thanks to all of you who had so kindly sent in your updates and pictures punctually.
May the auspicious light and energy continue to guide you through this coming new year !
