THERE IS MORE TO LIVING THEN THIS-

PUT YOUR FEAR OUT IN FRONT OF YOU, AND LOOK IT IN THE EYE-

DECIDE THAT YOU CAN CONQUER IT WITH A RATIONAL STATE OF MIND-

OBSERVE IT REALISTICALLY AND SEE IN IT WHAT'S TRUE-

THEN BIT BY BIT YOU WILL DISOVER POWER- AND PEACE WILL RESIDE IN YOU


Living with fear can disrupt your whole life, stop you from attaining your dreams, goals, even effect your family and friends. Everyone has fear, it is a natural part of our self. It is our hidden 'flight or fight' response that actually helps us in many situations. Of course if severe, you can always seek the help from a professional- but 'talking it out' and looking at them realistically is important- "Am I over reacting? Is this situation reallly reason enough for me to feel THIS fearful? What is the worst that could happpen" If I ie: 'go try out for that job', 'make that speech', 'confront an issue with my Boss' etc... will I actually die?! No! Unless you are thinking of going over Niagra Falls in a barrel. Our REACTIONS to events and life around us are in OUR control. We CAN choose the way we react to events and people around us. We have the power if we practice- think OBJECTIVELY about your thoughts and feelings. Think them through, and you may find that your 'fearful' beliefs are unrealistic. Accept reality, no one is perfect, we can strive to be our best, but to believe in 'perfection' is a fallacious attitude that can only lead to constant frustration . No one can 'make' you feel any certain way, you CAN choose the way you react and feel. Knowing that, and understanding your feelings and why you feel that way while using a 'realistic approach' in your thinking will get you far. Try it.

WHEN YOU FEEL ANXIOUS, OR AFRAID-


TAKE A BREATH AND TAKE A LOOK AT-

THE FEAR THAT LIVES INSIDE OF YOU;

TOSS IT OUT AND STARE IT DOWN;

THEN REMEMBER THIS:

YOU ARE THE MASTER OF YOUR THOUGHTS AND FEARS

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO GIVE IT THE RATONAL, SKEPTIC EYE-

JUST AS THE WHEEL OF THE CAR-

YOU HAVE THE CONTROL OF IT

IT DOES NOT  HAVE CONTROL OVER YOU

WHEN THIS YOU SEE,  YOU WILL FIND;

A  POWER INSIDE

A RENEWED PEACE OF MIND

THEN  IRRATIONAL FEAR WILL START TO BOUNCE

IN ANOTHER DIRECTION'
