Sins of the Amish was written back in 1991. It was when Geraldo Rivera, Phil Donohue, Morton Downey Jr and the like were just getting going. I wrote this as a jab at the genre that Springer would later take to new heights. Malcolm Moore did the basic music track and Robert Blackburn put in the bassline, giving it that hook.

Mexican Meal was given to me in a crude form by SoulDad and I just ran with it. To the best of my knowledge there is no significant meaning to any of it...it's just a fucked up song.

Sexmom was written on a coctail napkin in about 20 minutes one night when a dude I was drinking with meant to say that he didn't have a step-mom and instead said "sexmom". The sampled voices were from old tapes of friends, family, college roommates & the lovely and talented Jessica Vazquez.

Big Ruddy Head was on the last "underground tape" made in the late 90's. It started off about a guy I went to school with who had a big 'ol head, but it just took a life of it's own.

Suck Off the Pope is the song everyone points out when they talk about Whitee. I've had some fucked up dealings with the Catholic Church and this is just my way of calling them out. If there's a heaven and writing this song means I don't get in, well...I'm sure there would have been some other reason I wasn't going to get in. The music was done by Malcolm once again.

She Called Me Buddy is an anthem to any guy who has ever gotten the "just be friends" speech or some variation there of. Check out the honies page to find out more. Rachel Cannioto provides the additional vocals.

Stumpy the Ho is based on a true story. I was driving down a notorious Ho Strip in Rochester one early Sunday morning and there was a prostitute on crutches with one leg and the stump wrapped in gauze. Like I wasn't going to turn THAT into a song. I made up the story line. Jessica helps out with vocals as Stumpy and that giggle at the end is from an outtake. Listening to it gives my pants a brand new, happy fit. I'm not sure, but this may be the first song I did the music for.

The Reporter is my take on the state of hip hop and how race is involved. I have been re-thinking my view on a lot of this so if I were to do a Reporter re-make, it may have some things changed. Especially where reparations are concerned.

Big Bush Barbie was given to me by K-Boy. Not the lyrics but the idea. It goes way back to the first undergroud tape from '91. Malcolm did the music. Some day I may re-do this one with a less techno feel...some day.

Chuck Nesbit's a Dick is another song that caused a lot of controversy. At a party in the mid-90's someone suggested (as a joke, I assume) I write a song called Chuck Nesbitt's A Dick. Now I don't know the guy, but I liked the way the line sounded and I thought it would be funny if someone wrote a song specifically calling someone a dick. I never did anything with it until I was finishing up the last underground tape in the late '90's and I needed one more song. So I dug up the idea and put it on the tape. When people heard I was coming out with a commercial release (!) most of them told me I should put this song on it. If I ever bump into this guy, I'll buy him a beer...or twelve.

Pack the Lamb is the first Whitee song done in a professional recording studio. Honestly, I'd love to re-do the vocals but we can't find the tracks so it's stuck this way. There's a ton of references on it to friends and people I wish were my friends, if you catch my drift. Just a while back I was listening to some music and when a particular song came on I realized that the vocal style for PTL was inadvertantly borrowed from it. Oops.
