Nursing Moms Diet
Advice for Nursing Moms:

Take Extra Calcium(milk,yogurt,legumes,spinach,Nuts) because a   nursing mom losses 200 to 300 milligrams of calcium a day in breast milk.

 For more  energy  increase your intake of carbohydrates.

When selecting from the fruits and vegetable group, be sure to include lots of Fruits rich in vitamin C and vegetables

 Drink a glass of water or juice after every feeding.
