My favourite ingredient in turkey stuffing, for without the sage, the stuffing would not be the same.

It is also used in many dishes such as fish chowder, beef stew, classic welsh rarebit and pork. Sage's has a rich flavour and complements stewed tomatoes, hamburgers, breads (cornbread), and many vegetables.
