(member from old mailing list) Kassim Abdullah, I am from Tanzania Currently living in Canada for higher studies I have a nephew born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus in September 1996. The baby and his parents lives in Dares Salaam, Tanzania. The baby had not received any medical treatment at birth. Medical services in Tanzania are poor due to poor economy.
