Travis has Spina Bifida, Level S3

Surgery at 1 day old to remove the myelomeningocele. No shunt. No other SB surgeries, but 2 sets of ear tubes.
We are starting to work on the bladder and bowel problems now that's he's 4 (7/1/96). Otherwise he has no signs/symptoms of SB. He's just one happy, energetic, smart, funny, loving little boy.
He was born at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge and had surgery there also. He was in NICU for 10 days mainly because he didn't like the food. Oh, lovely reflux.
His neuro will be doing a CT or MRI later this year for a final baseline and Travis shouldn't have to see him except for yearly checkups from now on.

I have a family website it needs to be updated, as it is mostly about our wedding June 1999. But I've just posted the wedding pics and we're all there.
