- includes an explanation of HTML, using the Geocities Basic Editor, typing text and formating text using colour, font, size and bullets. This is the best place to start if you're new to homepage building.
* Using Graphics
- includes how to get free graphics, how to upload them to your server and how to insert them in your homepage. Also mentions graphic tools such as Gifwizard and Paint Shop.
* Starting from Scratch
- Explains how to setup your own HTML page from scratch and how to use the Advanced Editor. You'll need to visit this page if you want to add a background to your site.
* Creating Links
- explains how to create links within your page, your site and to other sites on the Web.
* Using Email
- shows you how to add an email link to your page so that visitors can contact you. Did you know you can setup the link so the email description is automatically filled-in by you?
* Adding Sound
- explains how to get free sound files, how to upload them to your server and how to insert them in your homepage. This page also explains about browser plug-ins such as Crescendo.
