Malcolm in the Middle
One of the great day's in the history of FOX's Sunday night was when they moved the kinda sorta almost funny That `70s Show and followed The Simpsons with the wonderful Malcolm in the Middle.
A perfect dysfunctional family that's barely redeemable in their lack of manners, but ultimately you know the kids will turn out right. The three big spots for all conflict are the house, the school and Marlon Academy, but that's more than enough for all the failed plots and humiliations Malcolm et. al have to suffer through.
The theme song and other music from They Might Be Giants also make the show more neat. It sets the perfect silly, but smart tone for the whole show.
