Will & Grace
Sure Jack's a bit of a . . . flamer and sometimes Will seems barely gay (why they had to redo parts of the pilot), but it's hilarious and is a great depiction of a familiar concept--the straight girl/gay guy friendship.
The Jack-Karen dynamic is a great compliment to the Will-Grace relationship. Karen's so wonderfully self-centered, but she's always on point about everyone else's little flaws. I love Grace's ability to get wrapped up in herself and Will's suffering selflessness. Hopefully he'll get a boyfriend he can keep.
