The Simpsons
One of my favorite television shows of all time is The Simpsons I try to watch them as much as possible, which means up so 16 times a week. I know that's sick, but I rarely see them all. Of course, I don't watch even half of that number. But The Simpsons are just great social commentary and far too often I can take a situation and find an all-too relevant Simpsons episode. They just touch on everything. And the sheer amount of Canada jokes that appear on that show is perplexing. I've seen just about every episode, but The Simpsons is the kind of show where many jokes are still funny on the third and fourth viewing and you can notice new things about an old episode.
Creating my own Simpsons site would be a pretty wasteful endeavor and only take up space. There are so many good to excellent Simpsons sites already that any more would be extraneous. So here are a few links.

Sites I like to visit when I need a good Simpsons fix or information: The Simpsons Archive is a really fun and extremely useful Simpsons' page. An offshoot of the Archive is the List of Inquiries and Substantantive Answers. It's got episode summaries and a lot of potential answers for your pressing Simpsons questions. And it's named after my favorite Simpson. |
