UMR Citizen O.C.C. TM

The average citizen of the UMR is smarter and more intelligent then CITIZEN person in the Coalition, Japan or Triax. The training of the mind in UMR is very scientific, with subliminal messages, constant bombarment, and genetic therapy. These people are the back bone of the nation and they need to be as productive as possible.

Each citizen has the equivelent of a Masters Degree. They are smart and logical. Many races compete to get into mixed UMR schools, and the competition is fierce. Drabbits, Subbits, and Draggits have automatic citizenship by birth, making the UMR dominated by them completely.

The Citizen is responible for the body politic, and upholding the laws of the land. The achieve citizenship for none UMR races, the person(s) must first join the infantry for 5 years then they are put on a 10 year waiting list as they are schooled in the Citizen OCC skills.

Attribute Requirements PP 12 or higher. A high IQ and ME is also encouraged. Experience points/level: Same table as a Glitter Boy.
