General Information
We are actively looking for dealers for G2K. We hope to have as much Gargoyles
merchandise as possible, but you can expect to see many other items as
well, including gaming supplies, comics, anime, computers, and much, much
more!
Dealer's Table Rates
We are encouraging prospective Dealers to reserve their tables early.
Rates are as follows:
Prior to January 1, 2000: $50.00 per table
January 1 to March 31, 2000: $65.00 per table
April 1 to May 15, 2000: $75.00 per table
After May 16, 2000: $100.00 per table
Back tables are available at no additional cost. Booth electricity
is available at additional cost of $25 per outlet. Bring at least 25 foot
extension cord in case your table is not near an outlet. Please note that
you will be required to tape the cord down for safety.
Dealer Badges
Each dealer will receive two (2) dealer badges for the first table plus
one (1) additional badge for each additional table paid for. Please use
these dealer badges for family, helper, etc. NO ONE without a dealer
badge will be admitted into the room before the Dealer's Room is open.
How to Register
If you would like to reserve a Dealer's Table at Gathering 2000, or if
you know of anyone who wishes to be a dealer, please contact us by e-mail
for additional information. If you have a suggestion for someone
you think might be interested in having a Dealer's Table at Gathering 2000,
you may also contact us. Please provide the name and a contact method
(e-mail address, phone number, etc.) for the individual or company and
we will contact them.
