have never seen a supplement have such a positive affect as
this one. If your goal is to increase your strength and your
weight then you must take this product. The key to the success
of creatine is its ability to store water in the cells of the
muscle. This water helps your muscles work harder and heal
faster. You will also experience an increase of weight. The
key word is water. You must drink water all the time. You
can't expect to take a product like creatine and not give it
what it needs to do the job. Drink, Drink and drink some more.
The best time to take creatine is right after a workout. I
take it with my shake because the juice helps with the
absorption process. If you are on a tight budget, like me then
take only five grams (one slightly heaping spoon) each day.
Forget about all that loading phase crap. I think the
