Vitamin C

If you plan to stay healthy while participating in a sport such as bodybuilding than you will need to support your immune system. Vitamin C is responsible for a wide range of functions including strengthening of the body’s immune system, maintenance of collagen for healthy connective tissues, and stimulation of adrenal glands. I take 3-5 grams each day in 1000-MG tablets. I will take 1000MG every 4 to 6 hours. I feel that vitamin C is one of the most important supplements you could use.
