1) Chudkanee

Chudkani is a special dish of our region.I remember in my childhood I  use to ask my mother to give me plenty of *bhatt ke dane* in my chudkani.

Ingrediants : Bhatt,Besan ya Aata ,tel ,Pyaj ,Tamatar,namak,masala
 
Method :

Pahale bhatt ko tel mai bhoon kar (jab tak chatkaney na lagey)  alag se nikal lo. Phir kadhai mai thoda sa besan bhoon lo ( you can skip this , if you have good amount of pyaj and tamatar paste and want to  make with it only or U can use aata also). Phir Pyaj , tamatar ityadi (U can add other things according to your taste) ka masala taiyaar karke usme bhuna besan aur panee dal kar khoob pakao.Bad mai bhune hue bhatt daal do.phir 5 min aur pakakar nikal lo. serve it with garam garam bhaat.

 
2) Kapa

Ingrediants : Palak,Besan ya Aata ,tel ,namak,masala
 
Method :

Palak ko dhokar bahut patla kaatkar pahle tel mai pakane daal do. Tel thoda jyada hona chahiye jisse palak bina jale aaram se pak jaye. Jab palak pak jaye to usee mai thoda sa besan daal kar sath mai bhoon  lo . Phir jab ye achche se bhun jaye to panee daal kar chalate raho jisse  besan ke gole na bane. Haan namak mirch-masale pahale hee daal dena. Bas ek do ubaal aane ke baad ye ban jayega. Swad key liye ismey thoda neebu nichoda ja sakta hai. U can serve it with *bhaat* and roti.
