Sana Hua Neembu
Ingredients:
paharhi (matlab bade)neembu,dahi,bhuna aur pisa hua bhanga,chote
tukdon mein kati hui moolie,cheenee ya gud(jaggery),salt to taste
Method:
1:Sabse pehle neembuon ko cheel lenge.
2:(optional)Agar usmey bakhal ho(i hope u all know what it is ..if not
then chilkey ke andar ke white part ko bakhal kehte hain)to usey kaat
kar nikal lete hain aur chhote -chhote pieces kar lete hain.
3:neembu ko beech se cut karke uski faankon ko nikal lete hain aur
unke chhote tukde kar lete hain.
4:ab usmey dahi cheenee ya gud,bhanga, namak,moolie ityadi mila kar
achhi tarah se mila lete hain.
5:Sana neembu khane ke liye taiyar hai .
DHYAN RAHE:neembu dhoop mein na sane kadwa ho jata hai.
agar bhanga nahi ho to dhaniye ke namak mein bhi sana jaata hai.kaafi
tasty hota hai.
agar moolie pasand na ho to ismey kela bhi daala ja sakta hai.
