Give your desserts a twist by trying this classic Chinese dessert. Very easy to cook and light on the pocket.
Procedure:
Soak glutinous rice in water for 12 hours and steam for 1 hour. Let cool and set aside.
Combine sugar with soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir continuously until the sugar is dissolved, then add to the cooked rice together with the pine nuts. Mix well.
Place rice mixture into a container. Press down the rice to make it firm. Cut into small pieces and serve.
