Harold J.
Dacumos, MURP, M.B.A.,
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has worked for
government for 26 years. He
has held various senior management positions at the Development Academy
of the Philippines, the Philippine Integrated Rural Development Project,
the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation and at the Land Bank of the
Philippines where he held the position of First Vice President and
concurrent Managing Director of Masaganang Sakahan, Inc., a Landbank
marketing and agribusiness subsidiary. He also worked as an Assistant
Secretary, Office of the Presidential Adviser on Cooperatives at Malacaņang.
He has attended foreign trainings and seminars in countries like
Germany, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and China. His field of
specialization includes: Rural and Agriculture Finance/Countryside
Credit, Agriculture and Food Systems Marketing, Cooperative Development
and Management, Project/Enterprise Development and Management,
Management System, Monitoring and Control. |
