10 CUP COOKIES These are good make aheads!! Everybody seems to love them! Lots of sugar in here - but I always say you can make exceptions when you're sailing!! It has other good stuff in it - fiber! A little extra energy!!
1 C. BUTTER 1 C. PEANUT BUTTER 1 C. WHITE SUGAR 1 C. BROWN SUGAR 1 C. OATMEAL 1 C. FLOUR 1 C. COCONUT 1 C. NUTS 1 C. CHOCOLATE CHIPS 1 C. RAISINS 1/2 t. baking powder 1 tsp baking soda Mix all ingredients and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350 deg. Cookies will be soft but will harden as they cool.
