3 CUPS COOKED RICE 2 CUPS COOKED BEANS, PINTO, BLACK, RED OR KIDNEY 2 C. TOMATO SAUCE 2 LARGE ONION 1 MEDIUM GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED 1 CUP KERNEL CORN COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT RICE IN A LARGE DUTCH OVEN; HEAT WELL. POUR VEGETABLE MIXTURE OVER COOKED RICE.
