CRUNCHY MIX If you don't have an oven onboard - make up a LOT of this ahead of time!! Store in individual sized zip-lock bags and keep for snacking. 1 C cooking oil 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp seasoned salt Hot pepper sauce, several drops 7 C. Cheerios 5 c. small pretzels 3 c. salted mixed nuts 3 c. bite-size shredded wheat 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese Set oven at 300 deg. In saucepan, heat together oil, W’shire sauce, garlic salt, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce. In large roasting pan, combine rest of stuff, ex Parmesan, tossing to coat evenly. Bake for 1 hour. stir every 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan and toss lightly. Makes 16 cups.
