Calm, Cool and Collected

One of the "laws of anime" seems to be that most girls will scream in the supersonic range whenever something even remotely threatening occurs. The girls scream helplessly and cower, waiting for the Evil Monster/Demon/Overlord to get them while getting in the way of whoever is trying to rescue them---BUT!!!

These Leading Ladies are not helpless, are not prone to bouts of hysteria, are not frozen in shock/fear/dismay when something nasty or unexpected happens... In other words, they are way cool and don't we know it!

          Why Rally? Need you ask?! She is simply hands down, flat out the greatest anime lady known to mankind. Some may find her cold and aloof, since she never shows much interest in love, but why would she? None of we men can keep up, cept Bean Bandit. Besides, she has many more outstanding qualities:

1)She's not a high-school student! Though she does fib about her age (those pesky gun laws), she is an independant adult who does quite well for herself.
2)She could drive circles around any man, woman, or child (Bean Bandit again being the exception to the rule), even under fire.
3)She owns a SHELBY COBRA GT500!!
4)Anything she doesn't know about firearms isn't worth knowing.
5)She can balance a magazine on her toe and kick it straight up, loading her pistol instantly.
6)That cute little .25 holdout pistol in the spring-loaded sleeve holster.
7)She's loyal enough to bail out her friends, even when she knows it's a setup -- and she STILL comes out on top.
8)She won't let a few broken ribs stop her from getting the job done.
9)She looks stunning in anything, and better in nothing at all.
And last, but EMPHATICALLY not least...
10)How many anime characters (male or female) can nail a trigger finger or the hammer of a gun, on the fly in the midst of a firefight?
