This tournament took place ten years after the destruction of Majin Buu. Goku has once again returned to life, and decides to participate in the fight. He tells the other Z Fighters that there is a new contestant this year which maybe more powerful than him! Goku asks Buu to use his magic to rig the draws so that he will end up facing Ubuu. Learning this, Vegeta simply scoffs at the idea that this young kid could be stronger than him. After Pan (who, I might add, is only five) swiftly kicks Mou Kekko's ass, its Goku's turn to face off against Ubuu. At first Ubuu seems unwilling to fight, but after a little prompting (Goku calls his parents worthless) he fights back. As the battle heats up, Goku stops the action and convinces Ubuu to train with him for the next five years. Although none of the results are mentioned after Goku flies off, it can safely be assumed that Mr. Buu defeats everyone else and throws the final match to Satan.

Besides, the clips shown in the TV series after this point contradict a statement in the manga; "Mr.Buu defeats all other contestants and throws the final match to Mr. Satan in all tournaments after the 25th.")
